WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I am trying to follow-up on delivery of a device. There is just no effective communication as only a Whatsapp system is used. The agents does not priorities the chats that they are busy with while the client must just wait. Some "chats" last more than an hour without any satisfactory results.
