Worst customer service ever

Without a doubt the worst customer service experience of my life. They will answer the phone in sales so you they can sell you a service, but once you are a paying customer it is impossible to get hold of them. No one answers the phones and the hold music proudly advertises their 'instant whatsapp line' on which no one rep**** to me for 4 days straight. An issue that could have been solved in 5 minutes if someone had spoken to me ended with me canceling all my services when I finally got through to someone after 4 days, this person also then hung up on me when I tried to say how bad the service was. Worst of all though, after I did cancel an account I got a call the very next day from Heinrich Dourie to try and retain me! Where was this level of service when I needed it. I highly recomend no one ever uses this company
