Worst Customer Service ever!

This company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!! No way to get hold of someone to talk to. I am struggling now for 5 months to get the Debit Order sorted out, with now success. They are very quick to cut you off, but then you paid. Then you struggle for 3 days to get back on. This is Very unprofessional. I am changing my provider.
