WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

The worst customer experience I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!! No more support email, no more number that you can dial, everything is done through whatsapp, where you get transferred from one consultant to the next because apparently webafrica cant employ COMPETENT people.... HOW AM I STRUGGLING SO MUCH JUST TO GET MY ISSUE SORTED OUT?!!!! Kenosi, Michael, Nompumelelo, Nyiko and Donald, all of these people couldnt sort out a simple cancellation and refund. This is unacceptable.
