Worst customer service ever

In the first place i have been struggling with webafrica for almost 3 months just to get fibre.....for 3 months everyday i have spoken them... I was behind with payment and tried contacting them.so that i can a double payment also again with no luck.... Every single sales person say they going to transfer me and its has been 2 months now..... J told them that i did not want to cancel my service and they still cancelled it and now they are billing me again.... So today im tdying for them to open my line so yhat i can go to a better service provider and also with no luck..... I had to phone them about a month ago to get this sorted and i was on the ohone for 2 hours and still no response
