WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Hi, my code is VAI02, I have been a client for many years! For the last weeks, I don't have internet! I paid.. and still doesn't work… your BOT is useless!!!! And never communicate to a human, and once they connect, they end the chat in 3 secS!!

Been waiting for so long to resolve this, they send a enquire to fix the line to octotel. Still nothing… I can't call your numb because I am foreign and they ask me for an ID and I don't have… so what's the point to be a client of this company if I cannot talk to a human being on the other side to fix this because I am foreign.

This is ridiculous!!

Also i want to FORMAL complain about this agent in BOT.. RONALD, IMARAAN, QUINTON, KYLE. These people pick up the chat and drop it in less than 2 minutes!!ª!

I want a formal complaint about these people, and I want an answer about my line! I AM NOT PAYIN THIS UNTIL YOU FIX IT AND GIVE ME A PRO-RATA OF THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF SERVICE THAT I PAID AND I NEVER USE IT BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN ISSUE IN THE LINE.
