WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

The Whatsapp chat support service is the WORST thing ever.

When will this business listen to the customers.

I have been complaining for the past year and still no progress on being able to sort out my queries. Instead you have to use this whatsapp chat service where the agent tells you they will get back to you. Then the chat is silent and the stupid BOT disconnects you. Then your query remains unresolved forever.

Do yourself a favour. Use another provider!!!!!
