Worst Customer service ever

The worst ISP ever ,the staff on whatssap chat is pathetic ,Fuziwe a very unprofessional agent My Internet is off currently since this morning and my account is up to date ,blive u me ,no one wants to assist Fuziwe dont answer any chat ,she put me through tech support and Lauren Lee has also just hi and vanished ,is that what you call customer service ?
