Worst customer service ever
From the end of June i having been having endless issues with the customer team they drag u from this excuse to the next and there is no manager to speak to or the manager never calls back and each time u have to wait more than 10mins for a reply and next day explain the while process again

06 Oct 2025, 11:45I cancelled my service at the end of June 2025 and yet up till date webafrica has been debiting money off my account every month and still when u speak to the agents they all have different stories either system change over or problems with debit cancellations and each time i got to prove money was debited by sending proof of debits which now becomes my problem and there is no callbacks u just wait and hope someone replies after 15 to 20 minutes
