Worst customer service ever

I will give them a minus if I could. I have been with them for a year. I moved house and wanted to transfer my service but they want me to pay a transfer fee of R1725. I have been trying to cancel my service since 1 June. I was told I can only cancel end July and I must give them 1 month notice. So I give the notice today 1st. The lady says it has to be 1 calendar month meaning it must be done on the 30th June. Absolutely pathetic service. It has been a nightmare dealing with their bot service. Horrible pathetic service. WEBAFRICA WAKE UP OR YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!1 MONTH IS FROM THE 1ST TO THE 31ST JULY!!!
