Worst Customer Service ever

The worst customer service ever. I moved from one place to another the next thing I am charged R999.00 for a router I still have and use yet I have cancelled. Oh no the R999.00 is claw back something then no it's for connection dah I was already connected. I chatted to a clueless Kwanele who had no idea what he was talking about for over and hour repeating myself over and over. You cannot contact the technical team only sales who rude as hell too cannot assist can only escalate. It's been over 2 weeks now no call nothing getting threatening emails to though to cancel my contract, but how do you cancel a cancelled contract??? They don't know what they doing, worst company ever to have ever dealt with.
