Worst customer service ever

I have been trying to get my current contract cancelled since the 1st May and no one is getting back to me. I just keep getting transferred from one agent to the next. The minute I advise the agent that I want to cancel they transfer me to the next. A never ending transfer. From Shimane, to Nonfobe Ruth, to Kgopolo - all three failed to assist me and I’m still waiting to be transferred
