Worst customer service ever!!

This company has zero customer services!! I’ve been trying to get my line working since last week Friday, it is Tuesday and I have not been able to get a hold of anybody there!! Their WhatsApp support line is useless. I can’t even cancel because their portal doesn’t allow it. The worst ISP ever!!
