WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WEBAFRICA, THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. i am so upset, they forced me to report them to HelloPeter

moved to a new place. managed to transfer fiber after DAYS on call center and so called WhatsApp helpline (hours and hours and hours)

even upgraded to 100mbps download speed. haven't gotten the download speed i am paying for yet (max 30mbps), so basically cannot use most of my electronic equipment in the house. logged numerous case numbers spent additional HOURS on WhatsApp helpline (if they dont want to assist, they just cancel the conversation - disgusting). it seems to have been identified that i need a new router.

their trading hours listed are NOT true. NOONE is available after 1700.

Now I have to look at moving to a better service provider, because i simply cannot i have never been so disgusted with the lack in service
