Worst Customer Service

I have been waiting for my order to be processed. It's been 4 days not and they promised to provide feedback after 2 days. I called their sales department and they kept hanging after i menioned what my issue was and provide a order number. If this is the terrible customer experience they provide, imagine how ****ty the service must be.....
