WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to schedule to have my connection moved to my new premises via the stupid chatbot with no success.

I keep getting transferred and everytime I have to start the process from scratch and still nothing.

To top that, I have yo be charged a clawback fee that is not in their Terms & Conditions just to have my service cancelled and moved. Is that even lawful?

Customer service is poor to say the least! From being transferred endlessly, to calling and being on hold for almost 30 minutes!

Totally unacceptable and I am reporting this to the Ombudsman
