WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been an existing customer with them since 2023 and have been receiving the worst customer service. No assistance via the Chat Line, the agents are rude and *********** and end the call.

I want to cancel my account/fibre with them!! I cannot get through to anyone besides the rude Sales agents who are absolutely useless. Do NOT use them for your fibre and will be switching to MetroFibre
