Worst customer service

Worst experience getting a service set up as they do not have proper customer support, you go around in circles in their live chat or their WhatsApp chat and they take forever to respond. I can’t get my service connected and cannot find someone to help me connect or answer my query. I also cannot cancel either. Reporting them to ICASA now
