Worst customer service agent Aphiwe!

Have not had real issues with you as a service provider. But the agent I spoke to Aphiwe is the worst, telling me that I can't read and when I requested to speak to her manager about her customer service skills blatantly told she won't do that as I don't have a 'real' issue. If you continue to have such agents in ur business you will loose customers.
