Worst customer service

Webafrica customer services is terrible. You are only given the option of communicating through a Whatsapp conversation that takes hours. Having grown tired of the poor customer service, I proceeded to close my account, this took over 7 hours of going through agent after agent and then finally getting someone who told me to fill in a form and then whatsapp it back. I will never work with this company again.
