Worst customer service

Why do I have to struggle every single month with the exact same issue with this service.Your service is so bad and every month 2 weeks after payment my wifi gets disconnected due to unsuccessful payment and it happens month after month.Im sick and tired of this bad service and I want to cancel this service from webafrica.I am currently on a chat for almost 2 hours waiting to chat to an agent.This really can't go on like this.You need to fix your system as there's two lines registered for my adress and this is something I have mentioned several times.This is getting frustrating.
