Worst customer service

The worst experience . They took over a week for installation, I didn’t complain even though they messed up my delivery. They sent me a faulty router , took the whole day to fix . I was promised an email of confirmation for a new router , nothing came in . They have the worst support line . Delays upon delays . I’m going to cancel and move to VOX
