Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever experienced. Cancelles my service, served my 30 day notice but a month later my servixe is still active and all i get is "this has been escalated". You can't get help over a call they tell you to whatsapp and when you do you just get the same response from all these consultants. Do they even know their job or do they only know how to escalate 🙄🙄 Delaying activation with my new ISP, impacting my daily work, impacting my finances. Definitely NOT recommending webafrica to anyone because they even just expensive
