Worst Customer Service

I have signed up with WEBAFRICA about 2 months ago. I have had so many of connection issues and each time I get on their whatsapp chat i never get to chat to a agent and when I do halfway through the chat i get no reponse and my chat gets ended. I request call back and nobody ever calls me back. Ive been struggling since 2 days ago now to chat to somebody and still have not. I am cancelling and I hope people actually review their lack of customer service and bad internet.
