Worst customer service!

One of the worst experience today, just trying to receive an invoice from. My 'chat' was escalated 4x and 5hrs later since the whatsapp chat started still no results.

No other way of contacting them than an chat bot is ridiculous!!! Our company is trying to cancel an active 'realm' service but the conversation is like speaking to wall, agents are ***********!
