Worst customer service

Good morning... Im having issues with web Africa no customer service at all... 1st i asked them to do debit order on my account they didn't... My service was suspended on Friday... Saturday i made a payment but still my internet is down... No help from their whatsapp chat. Email chat and Facebook book... 3 full days without internet where as i paid in full
