Worst customer service

I have to say I have never experienced poorer customer service when it comes to getting things done. Speaking to agents and the WhatsApp forum does not work, your lines and transfers takes hours and countless calls. As a result, I am cancelling my services but even that, many calls, chats and more than a day later is not handled effectively. Your website clearly stated cancel on customer zone, no agents can assist. But cancellation links to the WhatsApp and an agent who transfers again with no one picking up the chat on transfer. This has happened multiple times. I’ve called and been transferred, experiencing waiting times over an hour. Agents give a cancellation number which does not work. I have now also emailed with a cancellation notice. But honestly, if I had to copy and paste my whatsapp chat history, the level of ineptitude and how this is handled is shocking.
