Worst customer service
Worst customer care ever...4 agents could not help me log a simple home relocate case .i have spoken to David,Leon,Lillian Rakobela,Lillian, Lehlogonolo Sibanyoni,Keelan K and Catherine Masina ..8 people just move my request from agent to agent and tomorrow im expected to pay my bill..Catherine Masina promised to call me yesterday. Can someone please fix this ( my number ***) or can my service be cancelled please so i can move to a reputable service provider that knows what they are doing. Im disappointed in WebAfrica
