WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!! wouldn't recommend even to my enemies

A 0 rating if I could. The worst customer experience EVER!!! The company needs to invest in a better customer experience. I bought a property and wanted to transfer with the same contract with WebAfrica, but instead to my surprise a cancellation fee was charged, now basic logic should tell you that in order to retain a customer you shouldn't charge a cancellation fee. To make matters worse they say that they don't enter into a payment arrangement for this ridiculous cancellation fee. WORD OF ADVISE start employing staff members who actually know how to implement retention strategies.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED, I am definitely going to start to spread the word about this company in the neighborhood groups.....
