Worst Customer experience ever!

I am attempting to cancel my subscription. I am only able to request this service via Whatsapp. I have requested this from 8 different agents and every time I just get transferred. However, I am not transferred to any agent, the bot just keeps answering that they are trying to connect me to an agent. I have been on the whatsapp chat for 4 hours just trying to cancel.
