Worst customer experience

Worst Isp out there, they might be cheaper but the worst customer experience, moved into my new place fibre is installed and all lights green, I cannot work from home because they guys never reosond on the web or WhatsApp chat. They all tell you the same thing axxess is the best they would activate yiur service and charge your pro rata amount but not web Africa they can't tell me what the problem is. As soon as it's up and running I'm migrating back to axxess
