Worst customer experience

Probably the worst experience I have had with any company, not just an ISP. They probably cover themselves in their contracts but I had an uncapped line, only to find out the Fair Usage Policy is only 200 Gig. Once you reach that the internet line is extremely slow. My 20MBPS line did a speed test at less than 1MBPS. This fair usage does not reset at the end of month but has a rolling limit so only the oldest day falls away. You then basically will never be out of your FUP unless you upgrade to a way more expensive premium package. When you want to cancel the "month to month" contract you have to pay for the device of more than R1,000 or return it to Sandton and pay a fibre claw back fee as well of almost R1,500. This is almost the same to get out a contract so not really month to month in my opinion. When I cancelled they were supposed to release the line only that makes it easier for the ISP to activate, but they cancelled the line which means I must now apply for a new line again with more costs to myself.

Good day I have been in telephonic and email correspondence with you. I am promised to be called back with no call backs and your email correspondence simply states: "The line has been cancelled" after I requested in writing that it must be released only. I will email my customer number as requested.

To add insult to injury the invoice for the fibre claw back is issued on your profile. When I signed up I asked if I can pay monthly by way of EFT. I was informed that I must pay by debit order. About a week after the claw back invoice is issued and I expect that it will be taken of by debit order at the end of the month as all my other payments were done this way, I get a phone call that if I do not pay immediately I will be handed to the legal department and listed on ITC. Webafrica informed me that they only accept payments via debit order and I can't pay by EFT and then I got threatened with legal action and ITC listings. This is not for an invoice that was outstanding for months but a few days.
