Worst, compromising service

This is one of my worst customer service experiences. They provide a land line to hook you as customer, but after that you can only deal trough their horrific useless live chat. You spend almost half a day going backward and forward just to find that what they promised to do did not happen. Then you start all over again. NO business can run like that! You simply cannot speak to anyone to assist and the assistance given online is non-existent compromising your business. DO not use them!!!!!!
