Worst Company to deal with. SA can do better.

Web Africa is the worse company that I ever have delt with. I signed up for VoIP and purchased a Yealink phone through Web Africa in November 2023. This company could not get my phone to work properly. I cancelled my service and moved on. The only voice contact you can have with Web Africa is sales when you sign up. After that your contact is only via WhatsApp. On the WhatsApp line your issues will be moved from one agent to another without anyone be able to assist. I requested: 1. Name of third party through which Web Africa procured my voip phone. 2. Warranty documentation 3. De register my voip phone from the Web Africa platform. All I experience was phone line being dropped while you talk. We will get back to you. WhatsApp messages being stopped. No response from Web Africa.
