Worst company to deal with!!!

I have literally never seen worse service from any company!

After the terrible service we received in the past we canceled our plan and moved to another provider. We then got told that we have to organize returning the router. Tried to WhatsApp for information and was kept waiting for close to 2 hours with no response! Then eventually got told the info we needed and confirmed that the office for returning is open until 5pm but when our courier service arrived at the office at 4pm it was closed! Really shocked that with such bad service anyone is even still using WebAfrica!!
