Worst company I have ever encoutnered

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is appalling. I cancelled my fibre order with them on 1 February and received written confirmation of the cancellation. They never cancelled the order with Open Serve. I now cannot get internet through any other ISP because Open Serve has an active order for me on their system. And I am unable to get in touch with Webafrica over the phone or on their WhatsApp line.

DO NOT EVER USE WEBAFRICA.
