Worst company

Requested wifi services and they didnt come and do installations, they billed me for service i am not using. I have requested a proof of installation and my internet usage, they are not responding to my request. Instead they listed me in credit bureau as bad borrower. Theres no direct line to their collectors or legal team. I have been trying to resolve this with them for a year now.
