WORST company ever and I wasn't even a customer

This is the worst company I have ever experienced and I was never even a customer.

I won free WiFi + UPS from Webafrica through the ETV Morning Show and they needed my details to process the prize.

I was in contact with Warren P from their team this whole time, told him I had moved and needed my free prize sent to a new address. It ended up going to my old address AND they debted my account on two occasions for a prize I had won for FREE.

It took me more than an ENTIRE WEEK to get through the countless WhatsApp agents who all simply put me on hold day after day. I went through atleast 10 agents and the accounts department and everyone refused to assist me. Cannot call them either.

Eventually got through to Warren P and told him I no longer accept the prize and demanded my details be removed from their system as my account had been debted on two separate occasions after I stated very clearly on email I do not accept any debt orders coming off of my account and never signed any contracts giving them permission to debit me as this is a free prize with no cost involved. He ignored my statement and had the parcel containing my free UPS and Router sent to me regardless - and I rejected the parcel.

A month later Warren P emailed me again, stating the company is shocked as to why I didn't want to receive this free gift from them and it "never happened before".

Please do NOT waste any time or money with this company, and this is coming from someone who simply won something from them.
