Worst Company Ever

This is probably by far the worst company to deal with. Super Super bad service. complaints department take 3 days to respond and no escalation process in place. can never get through to customer service or company itself. I have been paying for months now for a 40mbps line and at most getting 10mbps. Logged numerous of calls and nobody responds and when i do a follow up then the ticket is closed. Is there no way to get hold of the CEO of this **** company????
