Worst client experience of my life. Paying for a 250mbps line, receiving 48mbps. Trying to resolve the speed delivery issue for months. Now trying to cancel my subscription to Webafrica, I have been transferred to 5 agents via the chatbot over 5 hours, my subscription has still not been cancelled.
