Worst call center I've ever dealt with

Worst call center I've ever dealt with. Waiting 20 min to get through to support and only then be told I needed to be transferred to another support department and another 15 min before opting out for the call back option. No once calling back. Next day spending same times to get through. Web support also not coming back.
