Worst attitude and service

I was a loyal client of Webafrica for approx. 6 or 7 years. After using their LTE service a year or so i decided to cancel and move to fibre. Needless to say that the other companies offers were much more appealing and so i moved. A year later and 2 calls from Webafrica i am threatened to be handed over for the LTE router that i had used. I believe i have more than payed for any equipment and don't disagree that i could have resolved this faster, but their abrasive attitude and plain rudeness, bad service and plain disrespect is prevalent.
