Worst after service of all time

The worst after service you can get is here. They are so quick for payments when you have to get a refund because of their mess. I have been waiting a whole month for my refund and everyone is telling me they are waiting for the finance department who has been refunding me from the beginning of last month. Something needs to be done about this company.
