Worst after sales service.

Worst service ever. I tried using the chatbot which is a waste of time. I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am. Have a connectivity issues and it has been 4 days, 4 freakin days with no response. I have tried multiple times to get feedback. I work from home and depend on this connection but at this point, I might as well try other companies. My reference is #187497. It appears I have paid for no reason. I supper ****ed.
