Worst ADSL internet and customer service.

Worst ADSL ever. I pay for 10MBPS and most of the time not get even 1MBPS. They just tell me to restart my router or they will restart the line but no matter what it stays slow. I request to talk to a manager but even then no manager want to talk to me. Sometimes they send out a fault to open serve and that also does nothing but it says fault resolved. For the last 3 days i cant even send a whatsapp on the ADSL and still they don't even try and fix it. Worst I ever experienced.
