worse whatsapp service

I would like to share my experience with Webafrica. I have been a loyal client and was happy for the past year or so. Since this year. I have been pushed to 75 meg line without my knowledge and then throttled on it. I am paying the fees. The worse whatsapp communication.I am not getting the OTP to chat to an agent and when brought this up to the digital / marketing team on facebook they fail to escalate my matter to someone in service to contact me. Is this how they treat their clients now. My billing increased without an notice. unacceptable!!!!i cant even cancel the service due me not able to chat to an agent.
