Worse than Telkom - Avoid
Lets start from the beginning. I purchased the LTE-A router from Webafrica as a plug and play service only to get the device and wait for over 24 hours for the device to be active. That is not plug and play. I should have cancelled my service then but unfortunately...
Fast forward to using the service. On 09/07/2017, i loggged a ticket because the usage tracking facility was not working anymore and I had no way of pacing my usage during the month. No response given for a while. I have followed up over 4 times and responses from Hashiem and Ricardo have rather been useless.
Also, now that I cannot track my usage. I have noticed that my data gets depleted in a shocking manner. This month alone, my data was depleted within 9 days. How is that possible for a 2 person household who are not at home during the day and have watched like 3 videos since the beginning of the month?
I call the support line and at one point I have been on hold for over 20 minutes till the phone went dead.
Guys, I do not pay R 549 for a ****ty service each month. Let me know how I can get a new device that I can track usage using out of the box functionality and I demand an itemised bill of how a whole 110 GB has been depleted in 9 days.
Failure to this please cancel my contract immediately and refund my R549 for this month and the cost of the router which I will expect you to come collect.
Fed up of bad service form a company that markets itself as the best. Shameless.
