Worse than Telkom

If you can, do yourself a favour and avoid doing business with this vendor. I have been trying for over a month to cancel my subscription because I sold my property and moved to Switzerland. Its been more than two months now that I am unable to get the service suspended. The chatbot exchange has been ********** and every single person I dealt with seems unable to perform a simple transaction to cancel the service. Worse than Telkom!!!
