Worse than disgusting Service without Ethics-WebAfrica

This ISP is a shame in isps, I needed to cancel which i followed their stupid WhatsApp process but 'til today they still debiting and invoicing me and still persistent that my account is active. They make it Very very imposible for you to cancel and even if you do you will still be charged.You cannot ever speak to any of them until they threaten to hand you over or call you themselves. There is no way this is a recommended ISP,Never... When you sign up they call you every second but when they have to serve you they are impossible- I regret the day i saw their ad. Do not ever tie yourself to any of their services ever..I would actually rate them a Minus #
