Worse services ever go to Afrihost rather they more expensive but way better

I have been trying to swtich from LTE with webafrica to fiber with them and I cannot get hold of them for the past month now. Now I want to cancel my pending fiber with them to switch to Afrihost and I cannot get hold of them again. The whatsapp line does not reply to me either. They billed me for the fiber line yet I have no fiber
